BLUEBELL PATH 2024 (Not yet open)

When the bluebells are out the path will be opened (I will advise registered walkers by email) - see the map below. In order to minimise damage to the bluebells the paths are single file and one way. Please put dogs on a lead.

If you enter via the Farley Heath Road gate (point E) then turn left past point B and follow the signs to the Bluebells, the first sign is after about 200m. You will later arrive at a point where you need to decide whether you are going for the main path or the shorter one (no hills). If you start at the Farley Heath (Roman Temple) car park you will enter the wood at point G. Follow the path along the northern perimeter of the wood to point X, the entrance to the short path, or continue on to point W, the entrance to the main path. Both paths exit across the field (usually there are primroses and violets).
